Diversity Lab creates and tests new ways to close the gender gap and boost diversity in leadership. The Lab’s inaugural initiative, the OnRamp Fellowship, is achieving that goal by bringing experienced women who took a hiatus from the workforce back through paid Fellowships with top law firms, legal departments, and banks.

I started my business because…

Companies continue to do the same things in the same ways and expect different results, even though little progress has been made to achieve gender parity and increase diversity in leadership roles. I created Diversity Lab to help law firms, legal departments, and banks experiment with new ways to move the needle forward.

What makes my company unique…

Data, behavioral science, and design-thinking are at the core of everything we do. We experiment with new ways of achieving gender parity by using design-thinking fundamentals – test, measure, improve, and re-test until success is achieved.

Mantra I live by…

Celebrate both success and failure. If you don’t fail every once in a while, you’re not pushing the boundaries hard enough.
