Company description…

Little Nugget helps parents personalize, organize and treasure their favorite family moments by turning their photo messes into photo memories.

I started my company because…

In my daughter’s first year I took 15,000 photos! With a smartphone in my hand all day, it’s easy to take the pictures, but the hard part is turning them into something meaningful. The pressure to document is real and constantly on my mind (family and friends want regular updates) but I didn’t have the time to go through my photos and make a baby book. Being the keeper of my family’s memories, I knew that if I didn’t do this in the moment, my daughters would be upset not having these memories later on. If I felt this way, I knew other parents did too. That’s why I created Little Nugget—to make it easier for parents to document their children’s lives.

The impact I want my company to have on the world…

As a new parent, it feels like the days never end yet time is flying by so quickly. From breastfeeding to diaper changes to homemade baby food, it’s easy for parents to get overwhelmed and lost in all the things they think they should be doing. Documenting every moment of your child’s life is one of the most stressful. Through Little Nugget, I hope to take that stress off the table, making it easy for parents to document their child’s journey so those moments can be cherished later on.

Top 3 goals for my business are…

  1. Quickly grow Little Nugget!
  2. Secure funding to hire and grow the team.
  3. Deliver new features that will make it even easier for parents to document their children’s milestones.

Women entrepreneurs are…

Taking over the world.

I #EmbraceAmbition because…

I want to show my daughters they are capable of doing amazing things if they work hard, aim high and care deeply for what they believe in.
