Capital Program

COVID-19 Update:

We have paused new applications to the Capital Program until further notice. We administer our Capital Program through a National network of CDFIs. Unfortunately, due to the impact of COVID-19, the CDFI’s are not able to process and/or administer our current applications. As you explore other financing options, in the current economic environment we would urge caution around personally guaranteed loans and encourage business owners to seek non-recourse loans and grants. We remain committed to directing you to the best available resources during this time. Please refer to our list of resources and Financial FAQs. We also host weekly public webinars to support small businesses navigating the COVID-19 crisis. We wish you health and safety during this difficult time.

The Tory Burch Foundation Capital Program powered by Bank of America provides women entrepreneurs in the United States the opportunity to access affordable loans through Community Lenders.

What is a Community Lender?

Community Lenders, also known as a Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), are local lenders that provide credit and financial services to underserved markets and populations, including women, to encourage and enhance economic growth and development. Our partnership program connects women entrepreneurs with local Community Lenders, who directly provide affordable loans to eligible women entrepreneurs.

How Do I Qualify?

The program is designed for women entrepreneurs with:

  • A sustainable business
  • A satisfactory credit rating
  • At least two years in business and generating revenue
  • A passion for growth

The eligibility of applicants is determined by our local Community Lenders.

How Do I Apply?

Complete our Loan Prescreening Form. If you meet initial requirements, we will connect you with a local Community Lender, also known as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), and someone from the organization will reach out to discuss your interest.
