2025 founders breakfast
On May 1, we gathered Foundation supporters, business leaders and entrepreneurs, and announced our five-year goal of supporting extraordinary women entrepreneurs to add $1 billion to the economy by 2030.
We honored three incredible Tory Burch Fellows with our Founder Award, which recognizes women entrepreneurs from our programs for their vision, adaptability and dedication to community. Congratulations to Christa Cotton of El Guapo Bitters, Denise Woodard of Partake Foods and Beau Wangtrakuldee of AmorSui.
Attendees also celebrated the legacy of Maggie Lena Walker, the first woman to open a bank in the United States. Walker’s great-great-granddaughter Liza Mickens accepted the Posthumous Founder Award on her behalf. Rounding out the event, Tory presented Founders Breakfast honoree Martha Stewart with the Iconic Founder Award before their heartwarming and inspiring fireside chat.
