About the Business

Hibiscus Brew is building a modern wellness brand around Jamaican sorrel. Our signature bottled beverage blends hibiscus, ginger, and agave to create a refreshing, low-sugar drink rooted in Jamaican tradition. We serve health-conscious consumers seeking flavorful beverages made with simple ingredients and an authentic cultural story.

Beyond sorrel, Hibiscus Brew offers coffee, teas, smoothies, wellness drinks, and Caribbean-inspired food through our Brooklyn cafe, outdoor locations, wholesale partnerships, and corporate events. Our vision is to make sorrel widely recognized and enjoyed while creating new opportunities for Caribbean flavors within the growing wellness beverage market.
