My entrepreneurial journey started on a hospital floor, not in a boardroom. As a nurse, I watched a colleague get strangled by her own stethoscope. I dreaded leaning forward in my scrubs because my bra would show, and I never had enough pockets — not for my shears, not even for my phone.
