Tamara Keefe is the Founder and CEO of Clementine’s Ice Cream, an award-winning microcreamery known for chef-driven flavors and small-batch craftsmanship. Inspired by childhood memories of making ice cream with her family, Keefe left a successful marketing career to found Clementine’s in 2015.

What began as a single ice cream shop has grown into a multi-state brand with parlors across Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, and Arkansas, nationwide shipping through goldbelly.com, catering, and a 25,000-square-foot production and distribution facility in North St. Louis.

Known as the “Flavor Temptress,” Keefe has built Clementine’s around imagination, craftsmanship, and the belief that ice cream is more than dessert. It is a shared experience that brings people together.

Keefe has been recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Woman and Missouri’s U.S. Small Business Administration Business Person of the Year. She is also a fellow of the Tory Burch Foundation and James Beard Foundation and is passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of women entrepreneurs.
