Learn more about the requirements for you and your business.

  • A woman entrepreneur who owns the largest or equally largest stake in a qualifying business (see Company Criteria)
  • Has a significant role in managing the Qualifying Business
  • 21 years or older as of the application due date November 11, 2025
  • Proficient in English
  • A legal resident of the United States and its territories

  • For profit, from any industry
  • Majority (51% or more) owned and controlled by women
  • Generating minimum of $75,000 annually.  There is no maximum revenue requirement.
  • Formed under United States law and operating in the United States
