Inspired by Billie Jean King’s commitment to equality on and off the court, we have teamed up with Advantage All, the International Tennis Federation’s program focused on improving gender equality in all areas of tennis, to select one woman founder in the sports industry to receive access to our year-long flagship Fellows Program as well as additional resources and support from leaders in the sports industry

PROGRAM CRITERIA

Applicant CRITERIA

A woman entrepreneur who owns the largest or equal stake in a qualifying business that is majority (51% or more) owned and controlled by women
21 years or older as of the application due date (November 17, 2023)
Proficient in English

Company Criteria

For profit in the sports industry
Early-stage (one to five years of operations preferred)
Generating revenues (minimum of $75,000 strongly preferred)
Scalable business model
Business has operations in the United States
