Khadija J. Head is a Leadership Speaker and Third-Generation CEO of Head’s Plumbing Sales and Service, Inc., Georgia’s oldest and most experienced Black-owned plumbing company. A former Division I athlete with a 15-year Division I coaching career, Khadija transitioned from developing athletes to leading a legacy business rooted in Southwest Atlanta since 1981.

When her father’s employer closed after 15 years, her parents chose ownership instead of uncertainty. Today, Khadija carries that decision forward by modernizing operations, building teams, educating homeowners, and reframing plumbing as a pathway to ownership, representation, wealth, and generational legacy.

As the self-proclaimed most prolific storyteller in the trades, Khadija uses her voice to turn real work into leadership lessons, helping the next generation see what is possible when skill, mindset, and fortitude meet opportunity.
