We wanted to create a beautiful place where you could get fresh, delicious, and high quality pasta, Italian-inspired salads, sandwiches, spritzes, and more at an approachable price point. We saw a need that had yet to be filled and wanted to create something special for our diners.

My favorite dish on the menu is…

I love the Roasted Cauliflower with Calabrian Chili Vinaigrette so much. It’s a side that goes great with literally anything on the menu. I personally like it with Verde Salad, depending on the day!

We are so inspired by women around us in all industries and we wanted to find a way to collaborate the best way we know how, through food!
