Dr. Shaunna Payne Gold (she/her) is the CEO of Gold Enterprises, LLC. As an Equity & Culture Strategist, she applies her experiences as a fourth-generation educator to help organizations become better places for everyone to work, learn, grow, and thrive. For the last 10 years, Dr. Gold has led and nurtured Gold Enterprises, offering almost 30 years of experience facilitating organizational health audits, designing participatory strategic planning processes, and delivering high impact professional development and training. Ideal clients include universities, foundations, municipal agencies, and nonprofits.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Divinity, Higher Education Administration, with certifications in Project Management, PROSCI® Change Management, Social Impact Strategy, and Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Gold has participated in the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell, the Tory Burch Foundation Fellowship, and the U.S. SBA THRIVE Program. She co-founded and co-owns Goldfield Media with [un]phased unedited as the anchor podcast and over 250 episodes.
