I am an entrepreneur, strategist, and founder focused on building businesses that create both economic opportunity and lasting impact. My entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by experiences across corporate America, technology startups, and small business ownership—each teaching me how to build strong teams, create systems from the ground up, and turn ambitious ideas into sustainable operations.

With a doctorate in Organizational Development and Change and an MBA in Strategic Management, I have always been fascinated by what makes organizations and the people within them thrive. Today, I bring that perspective to LCG, where I am building and growing a business in the highly competitive airport duty-free retail industry. As a minority and woman-owned small business, we operate in spaces traditionally dominated by large corporations, requiring creativity, resilience, and the ability to do more with fewer resources.

For me, entrepreneurship is about more than owning a business. It is about creating access, building something that can grow beyond me, and showing what is possible when small businesses are given the opportunity to compete.
