Sensi Graves is a professional watersports athlete, inspirational speaker, mindset mentor, and confidence expert. She helps people feel like they're enough now by sharing the story of becoming a pro kiteboarder and starting a business before she believed she could.

In 2012, after losing one too many string bikinis in the surf, Sensi founded Sensi Graves Swim, swimwear that actually stayed on in rough conditions. After 13 years, she shut the doors on her company to focus on speaking and mentoring on the lessons she learned building her six-figure business. There is power in moving on from what's no longer serving you, and her lessons in quitting help others let go of "having to."

Sensi also founded Strut Kite & Wing, hosting women's kiteboarding and wingfoiling retreats worldwide centered on community and empowerment. Across both businesses, her message is the same: you are good enough, right where you're at.

She lives in Hood River, Oregon, with her husband and toddler, where she is currently writing the book she always needed to read.
