Tamar Miller is a veteran retail executive and the founder and CEO of Bells & Becks, a luxury direct-to-consumer footwear brand built on impeccable Italian craftsmanship, with a mission to make women feel polished, confident, and effortlessly chic. Before launching Bells & Becks, Tamar spent two decades in retail leadership, most recently as Head of Digital Merchandising for Old Navy, where she led a $1 billion+ online business. She built deep merchandising and footwear expertise through senior leadership roles at Banana Republic, Pottery Barn, Macy's and Lord & Taylor, giving her a rare, full-spectrum view of the industry, from department stores to specialty retail to founder-led DTC. Tamar holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.
