Nora Gardner

I began my professional journey in New York City’s investment banking industry. Like many starting out in finance, I quickly realized that the "professional uniform" was more than just clothing—it was about feeling prepared and composed for a demanding day. When I received my first promotion, I wanted to invest in a wardrobe that reflected my growth and personal style.

However, I found a frustrating gap in the market. Retail options were often either out of reach, lacked the necessary quality, or simply didn't fit the needs of a modern working woman.

What started as a personal project became a mission. To fill that gap, I began designing and tailoring my own workwear. It wasn't long before my colleagues started asking where they could find my pieces. Those conversations made me realize that I wasn’t alone in this struggle, and eventually, I left the world of finance and launched my own label. My goal was simple: to take the stress out of getting ready and replace it with a sense of confidence.

Today, I am proud to see that mission evolve. We have expanded our collection to support both men and women across various sectors through our uniform business. We partner with companies to create thoughtful, high-quality apparel.
