Zarina Bahadur is the CEO & founder of 123 Baby Box, a developmental subscription and toy company focused on making early childhood learning more intentional, accessible, and fun for families. She started the company as a college student at UC Irvine, launching 123 Baby Box from her parents’ garage and growing it into a multi million dollar business that now serves families across the country.

Zarina earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees and received a full scholarship to UC Irvine. Her entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by resilience, resourcefulness, and a passion for solving real problems for parents. She won first place out of 114 startups in the New Venture Pitch Competition and has been recognized for her entrepreneurial journey and work in the children’s industry. Zarina has also been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, TechCrunch, BuzzFeed, and Nasdaq.
