Janelle Langford LeConte is a 2x founder, brand strategist, and the Founder & CEO of Matrimo, an AI-powered relationship wellness platform for married couples. With more than 15 years of experience across brand strategy, consumer growth, public relations, operations, and partnerships, Janelle has led campaigns for brands including Google, Lexus, the NBA, and HBO Max, and built a career at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and consumer behavior.

Her entrepreneurial journey spans multiple ventures, including building Karen Jai Home, a luxury home decor brand that grew to more than $750K in lifetime revenue and secured retail partnerships with Wayfair, AllModern, and Perigold.

After years of building brands and studying how people make emotional and lifestyle decisions, Janelle turned her attention to marriage. As a newlywed, she saw a clear gap between wedding planning and crisis-driven relationship support. That insight became Matrimo, a platform designed to help couples strengthen connection, communication, finances, intimacy, and shared values before challenges escalate.

Janelle is a 2025 Tory Burch Fellow and is building Matrimo with the vision of making relationship wellness a normal part of everyday married life.
