Coco Shop makes simple, 100% cotton clothing in hand-drawn prints from an archive that traces back to Antigua in 1949. We sell direct to customers and through wonderful wholesale partners, serving curious, independent, thoughtful women who want to look and feel great in clothing with heritage. Coco Shop exists to honor the island of Antigua, keep women comfortable and confident in warm weather and keep that original, print archive alive and in use. Our clothing is not precious. It is meant to be worn and washed, over and over, and saved and passed down to your next generation. I love wearing my mother's Coco Shop clothing from the 1980s.

Taylor Simmons grew up around Coco Shop before she ever ran it. From Massachusetts, Taylor spent school vacations and holidays in Antigua, where Coco Shop had been founded in 1949 by neighbors of Taylor's grandparents on the island. There, the brand was beloved for its simple, 100% cotton clothing in hand-drawn, island-inspired prints. After studying history at Harvard College, working at both Bloomingdale's and Rosie Assoulin and graduating from New York University's Stern School of Business, Taylor took over Coco Shop, inheriting both its archive and the responsibility of carrying it forward. She runs the company largely solo, building out direct-to-consumer, wholesale and retail partnerships, while raising two young kids. The brand balances precision, sewing only what we can sell in small batches, with sustainable growth, always honoring the brand's Antiguan heritage.
