Point Of View Label
Modern, functional workwear for women with smart pockets and more.
About the Business
Point of View (POV) is a modern, functional workwear brand on a mission to end pocket inequality for women. Founded by two immigrant women from the tech industry, POV designs high-quality, fashion-forward pieces with smartphone-sized pockets and thoughtful details that empower working women to move through their day with confidence and ease. POV blends designer style with functional design intelligence beyond pockets with innovation led details such as elasticized waist dress pants, adjustable lengths, built-in bra-strap holder and more - addressing a long-ignored gap between luxury and utility.
POV measures success by empowering every woman, from the boardroom to the creative studio, to feel seen, supported, and unstoppable, because her clothes were finally designed with her in mind.
Aditi Sinha
Aditi Sinha is a marketing executive, entrepreneur, and creative cycle breaker who has always been drawn to turning big, messy ideas into something people can feel.
Aditi is inspired by her grandmother who stitched every garment with pockets because she believed “If you give a woman pockets, she’ll fill them with her dreams.” When somewhere between the classroom and the corporate boardroom those pockets disappeared, Aditi left her leadership roles in big tech to reclaim that space, co-founding Point of View (POV), a modern, functional workwear brand on a mission to end pockets inequality for women.
She also launched the Pockets Pledge on Change.org, with the vision to build a global movement around functional equality in fashion Her dream is for fashion brands everywhere to make pockets - and the freedom they represent - the norm, not a luxury.
Today, Aditi brings her founder’s perspective and marketing experience to advising ambitious startups and entrepreneurs. She is happiest when she’s dancing, traveling, dreaming up her next big idea, or helping someone else turn theirs into reality.
