Jessica Cox is the Founder & CEO of Just Enough Wines, a premium canned wine brand making high-quality wine more approachable, convenient, and sustainable. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jessica built her career in technology, working in product and operations at Uber and Lime, where she gained experience bringing innovative products to market and scaling them for rapidly growing consumer audiences. She is a graduate of Stanford University.

In 2020, Jessica brought that consumer-first mindset to the wine industry, founding Just Enough Wines around the belief that convenience shouldn’t require compromising on quality. Today, she leads the company’s strategy and growth as it expands its national footprint and challenges traditional expectations around how, where, and when great wine can be enjoyed. Jessica is passionate about building brands that meet consumers where they are and creating space for women entrepreneurs in traditionally male-dominated industries.
