We offer two ways to travel with us: Custom Trip Planning, fully bespoke itineraries built around a traveler's interests, pace, and priorities, and Small Group Trips, a limited number of thoughtfully designed group journeys each year for women who want shared experience without sacrificing depth. Both are built from the ground up in close collaboration with long-standing local partners, never pulled from a template. We take on a limited number of trips each year so our founder and team can stay deeply involved in every detail. Hospitality is our profession, not a side project—and we take it seriously.

Katalina Mayorga is the CEO of El Camino Travel, a community for bold women travelers with a passion for culture, hidden gems, and going off the beaten path. A seasoned industry veteran, she has led El Camino to become one of the most popular consumer brands for women travelers, was recently named one of the 15 most influential women in travel by Condé Nast Traveler, and sits on the Presidential Advisory Board for the Tory Burch Foundation. She is regularly featured in publications like the New York Times, Vogue, and Washington Post for pushing the boundaries of the consumer experience in travel. Before El Camino, she built a career in foreign policy and as a union organizer — a background that shows up in how she thinks about destinations, access, and what it actually means to travel intentionally.
