Malika Jacobs
Malika is the Co-Founder and CEO of Array, which helps moms achieve peace of mind. Unlike tools that ask you to capture and manage endless tasks, Array automatically connects the scattered pieces of a household's mental load and surfaces what actually deserves attention right now - so nothing slips through the cracks.
Before Array, Malika founded Kingmakers, a board game bar she opened in Columbus, OH in 2014 after discovering the concept in Toronto, later expanding to Indianapolis. When COVID forced her brick-and-mortar locations to close in 2020, she pivoted the business into virtual team-bonding experiences for companies like Abbott, BASF, and Nike - work that surfaced a recurring pattern among HR leaders and planted the seed for Array.
A mom of two elementary-aged kids, Malika has spent her career building fresh, beloved experiences from scratch - and is always dreaming up the next one.
