Hustle & Blush

Playful, high-performing home goods handcrafted by women artisans around the world.

About the Business

Hustle & Blush lives where performance, design and purpose meet. We create playful, elevated home essentials for people who want cleaner, high-performing products without sacrificing style or personality. From our cult-favorite Fluff Ewes wool dryer balls, to artisan décor and textiles, our goods are thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by women artisans around the world. Every purchase fuels a reinvestment model that supports artisan livelihoods, strengthens communities, and expands access to education and women’s healthcare. We believe beautiful things can do big things—and that everyday essentials should work hard, feel good and spark a little joy along the way.

Lisa Weaver

Long before Lisa Weaver founded Hustle & Blush, she saw the blueprint for it in Latin America. As a teenager, she lived there while volunteering with her family’s nonprofit, witnessing how grassroots development built on local partnerships, dignified work and reinvestment could create lasting change. The experience shaped the trajectory of her life and, years later, inspired a question: could that model work within a for-profit company?

After more than a decade helping brands scale internationally through her consulting firm—and a life-altering car accident that reshaped her priorities—Lisa founded Hustle & Blush in 2020, a handmade home-goods company creating impact with women, not simply for them.

Lisa leveraged her global-growth expertise to test the brand in Korea, where its Fluff Ewes dryer balls sold out on the country’s largest home-shopping network in 15 minutes. She ran both companies until 2025, when H&B’s rapid growth led her to close her thriving consultancy and go all-in.

Hustle & Blush grew 280% last year and is up another 300% this year—profitably and without compromising its artisan-first model—proving that commercial success and meaningful impact can scale together.
